Our Clinic is open at Breeze Yoga Beckenham 5-7pm on a Wednesday and 5-8pm on Thursday.
Home visits are available outside of this time and will include additional cost for travel and time
Initial Consultation - £70
(45 Minutes)
At Aim 4 More Physiotherapy, your initial consultation is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand your unique needs. During this session, our expert physiotherapist will conduct a detailed evaluation of your medical history, perform physical examinations and discuss your specific symptoms and goal. This thorough approach ensures that we tailor a personalised treatment plan that address you’re your concerns setting you on the path to optimal recovery and well-being.
Follow up consult (45 minutes) - £70

During your follow up consultation at Aim 4 More Physiotherapy, our physiotherapists will review your progress, adjust your treatment plan and address any new concerns. We will perform relevant assessments to ensure you are on track with your recovery goals. This session is designed to keep your rehabilitation effective and personalised, providing continuous support and guidance for optimal health and well-being.
Sports Massage (60 minutes) - £70

At Aim 4 more Physiotherapy, your sports massage session focuses on relieving muscle tension, reducing soreness, and enhancing athletic performance. Our therapists tailor each massage to your specific needs, targeting areas of strain and promoting recovery. This session is designed to help you feel rejuvenated, reduce injury risk, and improve overall physical wellness.
Aim 4 More Physiotherapy Optimisation Package - £200
Our best value package includes a comprehensive initial consultation, followed by three 30 minute follow up sessions to monitor your progress and adjust treatments. We offer extended 45 minute follows up in the package for £250. Finally, you will receive a detailed physiotherapy report summarising your progress and outlining future recommendations to ensure continued improvement and optimal health.
Physiotherapy Report - £50
Your Physiotherapy discharge report includes a detiailed summary of your treatment, outlining your progress, outcome measures and the goals you have achieved. It also offers personalised recommendations for maintaing your recovery and preventing future issues. The Aim of this report is to ensure you leave with a clear understancing of your health status and a plan for your ongoing well-being.
Physio home visit - (45 minutes) - £90 - Location dependent
A mobile physiotherapy service which allows you to gain the same level of professional care in the comfort of your home. Our physiotherapist will bring all the necessary equipment to conduct a throughout session. A home visit could be for you if you have impaired mobility, dependents to look after or your schedule simply does not allow you to attend our clinic. Price above is based on within a 3 mile radius of Beckenham, other locations may vary
